We’ve found the perfect private five-bedroom retreat nestled in a beautiful setting that feels like it belongs in a fantasy novel. Whether you’re obsessed with romantasy, dark academia, gothic tales, dragons, fae courts, witches, or epic adventures, this weekend is designed for readers who want to celebrate the stories they love while making memories with new friends.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in a cozy, bookish atmosphere. Spend your time curled up with your latest read, chatting with fellow BookTok lovers, creating crafts inspired by your favorite stories, soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and exploring beautiful locations perfect for magical photos.
Every guest will enjoy an overnight stay, delicious lunch, dinner, and breakfast, plus a curated gift bag filled with bookish goodies and surprises. Throughout the weekend, you’ll participate in a professionally styled themed group photoshoot as well as your own individual fantasy-inspired portrait session, giving you stunning images worthy of your favorite novel.
The fun doesn’t stop there!
We’ll be hosting a Weapon Up Meet-Up, where everyone can show off their favorite fantasy accessories and cosplay props while capturing epic group photos. Then, as evening falls, we’ll head to the tavern for our Fantasy Dance Party, where you can dance the night away with your fellow adventurers in true fantasy fashion.
One of our favorite parts of the weekend will be our White Elephant Book Exchange. Bring a wrapped copy of one of your favorite books—something you think another reader would absolutely love—and you’ll exchange it for a surprise book from someone else. It’s the perfect way to discover a new favorite story while sharing one that’s special to you.
Want to make your fantasy character come to life? Professional hair and makeup will also be available as an optional add-on to complete your look before your photoshoot.
